• Phone Number: To send and receive text messages
• Business Name: To identify your account and job postings
• Email Address: For account notifications and support
• City/Location: To display job location information
• Job Posting Content: Information you provide when creating job listings (position, pay rate, hours, contact information, etc.)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide our SMS job posting service
• Create, update, and manage your job listings
• Send you confirmations and notifications via SMS

SMS/Text Messaging

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive messages when you interact with our service (creating jobs, receiving confirmations, etc.).

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to our number. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe by texting START.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Job Seekers: Your job posting information (business name, position details, contact information you choose to include) is publicly displayed on our platform for job seekers to view
• Service Providers: We work with service providers (SMS infrastructure, hosting) who help us operate our service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and job posting history for as long as your account is active. If you opt out or delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where required by law to retain it longer.

Children's Privacy
